Shipping policy

Order delivery times are composed of two components:

Processing time: This includes order verification, customization, quality control, and packaging. Generally, all orders are sent to our manufacturer for shipping within 72 hours of order placement and payment confirmation.

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your specified destination.

United States and Canada

Standard insured shipping generally takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Australia and New Zealand

Standard insured shipping generally takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).

United Kingdom and Europe

Standard insured shipping generally takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Other Countries

Standard insured shipping may take 2 to 5 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided you provide sufficient proof.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be prioritized on our order list, which we send daily to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, estimated delivery times may be similar to standard shipping. Your item will also be insured.

Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times because our warehouses are located in different locations.

Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update and show accurate tracking information. Consider using a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order. Please note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than expected.

Due to the high volume of orders we are currently processing, your shipment may take longer than usual. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but maintaining the quality of our products is our priority. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Requests

If you need to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@evarlon.com and we will be happy to assist you with the necessary changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. Please make sure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid any inconvenience.
