Standard Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt at no cost. Returned items will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Evarlon products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
Return Procedure (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)
For all returns, please email service@blackgoodspro.com to request a return label. Be sure to include your order number and specify the item you wish to return. We will provide further instructions once we receive your email.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to service@blackgoodspro.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM. You must send this information within 14 days of receiving your order.
Missing Items
If you have not received your complete order, please contact us at service@blackgoodspro.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
